Our Space

Four designated desks plus additional flex-workstations.  A "library" quiet environment is encouraged in the Main Office, as the community offers many flex spaces for meetings and conversations. 

This welcoming space may be reserved for meetings, offering great flex spaces to work when not otherwise reserved.   This space offers a casual yet professional environment to meet with clients and conduct your work.  One of the favorite spaces in our community, the Meeting Room is illuminated with plenty of window light and offers a variety of casual seating options including a sofa, side chairs, and a coffeehouse-style bistro set with comfortable stools.  Mobile work stations may be utilized if you prefer to set up your workspace while soaking up the sunshine from the sofa.  This space offers a 70" Smart TV for entertainment or for meeting presentation. 

Our private conference room may be set up to accommodate training space for classes of 8 - 12 individuals. Please communicate your purpose prior to your reservation, and our team will make sure the space is ready to accommodate your group.

The conference table can seat up to 12 with additional seating available in the conference room.  Space may also be arranged with training tables.  A 65" TV is available for presentation.

The Shops of Seville has been the home of Zeller Photography Studio for the past 8-years. Therefore, the Photo Studio is well-equipped with a selection of backgrounds. Plus, optional lighting equipment and additional background and prop selections are available for rent.  Camera equipment will not be provided, so bring your own!  The meeting room may be reserved for client consultations and sales meetings. Coworking memberships are also available, offering additional value with Photo Studio and Meeting Room hours included with your plan. 

Offers plenty of cabinet space, a full-sized refrigerator, and microwave for those who enjoy bringing their lunch to work.   We are also well-stocked with beverages, snacks, and small-meal options available for purchase.  Complimentary coffee and water are always available to our members.
